Mideast Chicken

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 lemons, juiced
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • pinch of saffron
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • 1/2 can of green olives
  • 1 1/2 cups white wine
  • 1 onion, diced

Use mixer to combine oil, lemon juice, garlic & saffron. Rub mixture on chicken & let marinade. Place remaining ingredients in a pan with the chicken. Simmer covered 20-30 minutes.

Serve over rice.
